The Customer Electronic Reports business model enables our clients’ to transmit electronic data to DTI via secure connections.

The way the process works is simple: Customer Reports are received, and then data is processed through one or many of our unique tools. First, the data is transformed into a Portable Document Format (PDF), one of the most widely used formats for sharing and viewing documents that are generated in different programs and systems.

During the transform process, Key Values are extracted from the data to be used during the search process within DTI ACCESSPoint.

After transform and indexing is completed, your data is then stored on a CD or a DVD, or it will be uploaded into the clients’ DTI ACCESSPoint website. You will also have the option to have the transformed data transmitted back to them.
